For Individual / Joint Accounts
- 2 copies passport-size photographs of applicant(s)
- 1 copy photograph of Nominee (duly attested)
- Photocopy of National ID Card (NID) or Valid Passport
- Photocopy of e-TIN Certificate
- Bank statement / cheque leaf photocopy for BEFTN linkage
For Corporate / Institutional Accounts
- Certified true copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association
- Certificate of Incorporation & Trade License
- Board Resolution approving opening & operating the account
- List of Authorized Signatories with attested photographs & NID
- Audited financial statements and e-TIN certificate
